Renovation of a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This projects work consists of demolition of existing equipment and a building, installation of new raw sewage screens, conveyor, compactor, and a new screenings handling building. Additional work includes sluice gate operator replacement, new stop log guides and stop logs, relocation of Main Drain pump discharge, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract. All questions concerning this bid are to reference the project number and the project name and be sent to DPUConstruction Bids@columbus.gov. No phone calls concerning questions about the bid will be accepted . Questions pertaining to this Invitation For Bid must be submitted by Monday, 8/31/2026 at 3 PM Eastern Time via email to DPUConstruction Bids@columbus.gov. The Work, in general , consists of the following areas at Jackson Pike Water Reclamation Plant. Demolition of two existing mechanically cleaned bar screens, conveyor, screenings handling equipment, stop logs; bridge crane; Screen addition of a new Screenings Handling Building, two new mechanically cleaned screens, belt conveyor, compactor, stop log system, sluice gate work, bridge crane, piping work, skylights, roofing work; and associated civil site, electrical , mechanical , and instrumentation work in accordance with the plans and specifications set forth in the Invitation For Bid
