Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Saginaw, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope of Work: The work under this contract includes but is not limited to the following types of Work: The work consists, in general, of constructing concrete shelter pads, constructing ADA-compliant pedestrian connections, installing STARS-furnished bus shelters, restoring disturbed areas, and performing all related work required to provide fully functional passenger waiting facilities at locations identified by STARS. Trade Includes: Concrete Re-Steel, Concrete. Bid Form: Is unit pricing, please fill out unit pricing and add your company contact information on the bid form Davis Bacon Wage Rates: Are Required Any questions or requests for clarification regarding this Request for Proposal must be presented by August 12, 2026 @ 5:00 p.m. (EST) and e-mailed to: rfp@saginaw-stars.com . Questions shall be submitted via Attachment L. Attachment L will be delivered to STARS in the original excel format.
