The principal features of the Project are: To provide all labor, materials and equipment to construct the Arbuckle Creek Road Riverdale Road to Bridge Mill and Resurface project, Highlands County Project No. 23058, in accordance with the contract, plans and specifications. The project length is 16,429.00 LF/3.11 miles. The principal features of this project include, but not limited to, mill and resurface Arbuckle Creek Road from Arbuckle Creek Bridge to Riverdale Road (County to take ownership of milled materials and transportation of millings to County asphalt plant located at 12700 Arbuckle Creek Road, Sebring, Florida 33870), utilize Superpave Asphaltic Concrete, SP- 9.5 ( 1.5" Thick, Rap 30% Minimum), provide and install Petromat MPV600 with PG 76-22, installation of temporary painted and thermoplastic pavement markings, installation of sod to restore disturbed areas within rights-of-way. Maintenance of traffic will be the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor shall have one hundred and twenty (120) days to complete the Project after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
