Zephyr Heights Sidewalk The project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of approximately 2,200 linear feet of 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk on the south side of 3rd Avenue from Beltram Drive to Tangerine Drive, on the east side of Tangerine Drive from 3rd Avenue to 6th Avenue and the east side of Beltram Drive from 3rd Avenue to 5th Avenue within the City of Zephyrhills as shown in the construction plans prepared by BGE, Inc. dated July 2026. 6th Avenue and Airport Road Sidewalk The project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of approximately 3,800 linear feet of 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk on the north side of 6th Avenue from west of Airport Road to east of Mathis Street and on the west side of Airport Road from south of Lincoln Avenue north to 6th Avenue within the City of Zephyrhills as shown in the construction plans prepared by BGE, Inc. dated August 2026. The work shall be constructed in accordance with the construction plans prepared by BGE. The plans, specifications, and details included in the Contract Documents govern the work in its entirety.
