Complete HVAC improvement and renovation project at the Kane County Judicial Center Holding & Control Area. The Project consists of construction , renovation, and installation of HVAC to provide optimal working conditions within the holding and control areas of the Judicial Center. The work includes, but is not limited to, minor demolition ; frames and hardware; board partitions; acoustical ceilings; resilient floor tile; protection specialties equipment; mechanical ; electrical ; control , and other essential equipment/parts, if applicable, and approved on an as-needed basis. Please refer to the attached plans and specifications which provide additional information and instructions regarding the general specifications and requirements, scope of work, material requirements, construction guidelines, proposed cost and schedule, and additional instructions. Contractors are expected to review these documents thoroughly to ensure compliance with all project requirements and completion. All construction activities shall be performed outside of regular business hours and in accordance with all applicable Illinois Prevailing Wage requirements. All construction work shall require prior approval and scheduling by Kane County Building Management.
