ADA renovation services at the Brighton Reservation. CONTRACTOR shall perform the services detailed below to complete this SOW. 1.1. HOME INTERIOR: The following area(s) of the home interior shall be considered within this SOW: 1.1.1. MASTER BATHROOM: o Demolish and responsibly dispose of the following: o Shower glass enclosure o Wall and floor tile o Vanity o Toilet o All walls down to studs o Add additional wall framing to support ADA Grab bars and ADA fold down bench. o Frame new wall between shower enclosure and toilet for additional safety. o Install new exhaust fan. o Build back walls using duroc after all framing is approved by project manager. o Cover seams and screw holes properly with thinset. o Cover all duroc completely with red guard water proofing. o Install wall and floor tile. o All tile to be selected by Tribe member before installation. o Budget price $5.00 per sq ft. o Install faucets and fixtures properly and function as intended. o Color and finish to be determined by Tribe Member before installation. o Install grab bars in designated areas of shower and bathroom. o Color Install wall mounted fold down bench in the shower. o Install new shower glass door. o Install ADA vanity. o Color to be determined by Tribe Member before installation. o Install floating shelves throughout bathroom. o Install ADA Chair height toilet. 1.1.2. GUEST BATHROOM: o Demolish and responsibly dispose of the following: o Vanity o Toilet o All flooring All walls and ceiling throughout bathroom Bathtub Modify framing must be modified to fit a new 36" pre hung door. O Electrical outlets may have to be moved and rewired. Install additional framing within walls to support grab bars. o Install walk in shower in same location where bathtub was located. Install new exhaust fan while ceiling is exposed. o Build back shower walls using duroc. Cover all seams and screw holes with thinset. Cover all duroc completely with red guard waterproofing. Install new wall and floor tile. Color and finish to be deteermined by Tribe Member before installation.Color and finish to be determined by Tribe Member before installation. Budget price $ 5.00 per sq ft. Install faucets and fixtures properly and function as intended. Color and finish to be determined by Tribe Member before installation. Install grab bars on both walls inside shower enclosure Install new shower glass door within shower enclosure. Prime and paint all new drywall. Hang, finish, and texture new drywall. Semi-gloss paint and color to be determined by Tribe Member before installation. 1.1.3. HOME EXTERIOR: The following area(s) of the home exterior shall be considered within this SOW: o Install concrete sidewalk leading from driveway to front door. Clear any debris to ensure concrete lays flat and doesn't crack in the future.
