Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kirkland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the NE 132nd Roundabout Safety Improvements Project. Specific work includes, but is not limited to modifications to the existing permanent striping and signage, and installing speed cushions to control roundabout entrance speeds . Questions regarding this project shall be submitted in writing to Ephraim Baclagan via email only at ebaclagan@kirklandwa.gov. Questions via phone will not be accepted. Bidders shall submit questions no later than 5:00 P.M. on August 27, 2026. The estimated cost for this project is in the range of $130,000 to $170,000 based on the base bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
