Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Sweetser, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 09/15/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. The work to be performed and the bid to be submitted shall include sufficient and proper sums for all general construction, mechanical installation, labor, materials, permits, licenses, insurance, and so forth incidental to and required for the construction of the facilities. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the Project and the name and address of Bidder. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms as identified in the Contract Documents and Specifications. Mechanical and electrical control improvements to the wastewater treatment plant including installation of a drum screen, screw press, walkway, ceiling, and solar improvements. Scope also includes mechanical and electrical upgrades to four lift stations, the decommissioning of one lift station, and the installation of three new grinder pits. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
