RFP Questions, Clarifications and Inquiries 08/31/2026 All correspondence shall be made to the CCGM through the OregonBuys system, including all process and contract questions and protests: Seaside Civic & Convention Center Convention Center General Manager -Brian J Owen The City of Seaside Oregon (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit qualifications, cost proposal, and project approach for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) design and installation team to perform all design, permitting, installation, and training services for the Seaside Civil and Convention Center (SCCC) HVAC Updates and Replacement Design-Build project. The site is located at the SCCC at 415 1st Avenue in Seaside, Oregon. This project will include a base scope of work (SOW) and additional optional SOW tasks that the SCCC may elect to add to the project based upon the submittal responses.
