1. Work to be performed shall include furnishing all labor, services, materials, insurance and equipment to construct the Marion Street Trail , including new concrete curb, concrete multi-use trail, concrete driveway approaches, concrete curb ramps, mill and resurface existing asphalt pavement, and other improvements more particularly described in the plans and specifications. 2. The Base Bid covers all work according to the intent of the Plans and Specifications. 3. The Contractor shall preserve and protect all surrounding property, structures, tenants, visitors and their property from damage caused by the Contractor's operations. Construction of approximately 0.1 mile of a multi-use trail along the south side of Marion Street, between North Michigan Street and the future Marion Street Pedestrian Bridge.
