The awarded contractor shall hold any necessary licenses or permits to perform the project's work. 4.1.1 The main structure of the building's barrel roof is in significant disrepair with some portions of the roofing material that has collapsed or is nearing collapse. 4.1.2 The city estimates the structure to be a 2-story masonry building totaling roughly 25,000 Sq Ft. It is the vendor's responsibility to verify dimensions and amount of material present at the site. 4.1.3 It is unknown whether there is any basement under the structure. Any subgrade space found during demolition must cleared of material and backfilled.
