The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the operation of New Mexicos statewide Crisis and Access Line (NMCAL) and 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The New Mexico Health Care Authority seeks an experienced organization to provide comprehensive 24/7/365/366 behavioral health crisis contact center services, including phone, chat, and text support; crisis assessment and intervention; mobile crisis dispatch coordination; care navigation; and statewide coordination across the behavioral health crisis continuum. The Contractor shall deliver clinically sound, personcentered services that align with National 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline standards while improving timely access to care, strengthening system coordination, and supporting positive outcomes for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
