The City of Raleigh requests qualifications for professional engineering services for the following project: Galvanized Main Replacement Phase 2. The goal of this project is to replace galvanized water mains throughout the City of Raleighs water distribution system. Along with replacing the water mains, the City desires to replace the adjacent gravity sewer mains that are in deteriorating conditions. The City of Raleigh seeks a qualified firm to provide Final Design Services, Permitting, Bidding Phase, and Construction Administration for the project.
