Commercial item procurement under a firm-fixed-price purchase order for supplies or equipment as identified in the solicitation. Vendors must provide quotations that include sufficient technical documentation, such as product data sheets, drawings, specifications, and responses to the required fill-in clauses, to demonstrate compliance with the Governments minimum requirements. Award will be made to the lowest evaluated priced quotation that meets or exceeds the technical acceptability standards established in the RFQ. The acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. Fabrication and priming of the AN/SPN-50(V)1 antenna foundation and platform in support of the installation of the AN/SPN-50(V)1 system. The platform shall be constructed using a combination of high-strength steel and stainless steel to support the structural load of the antenna and withstand the corrosive marine environment. Work includes all labor, materials, fabrication, preparation, and priming necessary to deliver the completed antenna foundation and platform. Location: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS-IMF), 1400 Farragut Avenue, Bremerton, WA 98314.
