Montrose County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of bridge railings and bridge decking. The project includes the complete removal of the existing corrugated bridge decking and railings, and the installation of new decking and railings in accordance with the attached plans and specifications PROJECT 25-124- CIV The bid award will be at a later date at a noticed, public meeting of the Board of County Commissioners . Award may be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting applicable county and state procurement requirements . In reviewing the bids received, the County reserves the right to reject, for any reason whatsoever, any and all bids , and to waive any informality or irregularity in a bid . The County reserves the right to accept the bid that provides the best value to the County in the County's sole discretion . The County reserves the right to make a determination in the County's sole discretion as to the sufficiency of qualifications of any bidder . The action to award a contract is subject to approval by the Board of County Commissioners .
