Renovation of a swimming pool in Charleston, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Repair and recoat of all three swimming pools including surface preparation, coating removal, high-pressure power washing, and application of a 3-coat epoxy coating system on all interior surfaces, with miscellaneous minor wet area repairs. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond. QA date - 9-3-2026 Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Proposals may not be answered. Only Plan Holders of Record that register and obtain documents from the Engineer may submit bids for this project. To register and request electronic documents, email projects@bernsclancy.com or call 217-384-1144 to provide contact information and remit payment in the amount of $50 for a complete set of bid documents (plans and specifications) in pdf format that will be emailed. Plan Holders may then make print copies as desired. Additionally, non-refundable hard paper copies of the documents may be secured from the Engineer by remitting $ 100 for each set of paper Plans and Contract Documents.
