Renovation of a fire / police facility in Williston, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Williston will accept bids to repair the Fire Department training facility located at 610 58th Street West , Williston, ND 58801 . The bid must include all necessary repairs as identified in the most recent inspection report to restore the training facility to a safe, usable, and stable condition for live fire training activities . The City reserves the right to accept and reject any and all bids and to accept the bid deemed by the Board of City commissioners to be in the best interest of the city . The City also reserves the right to hold the bids for up to thirty ( 30 ) days and to waive any irregularity in any bid . The City assumes no responsibility for delays in mail delivery, courier service failures, or adverse weather conditions that may prevent timely submission of bids . It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their bid is received by the City at the designated location on or before the specified deadline . Sealed bids and proposals that are delivered late will not be accepted for consideration, unless the delay is due to the error of the purchasing agency and discovered before selection of the successful bidder or offeror.
