Ward 5 Waterworks District No. 1 is currently taking bids for the following: * Adjust windage rods and riser stay rods as needed * Weld 1/4" thick patch plates over the areas to reinforce * Replace the existing vent with new pressure-vacuum-screened vent * Remove the existing ladder from the tank * Clean the tank out All bids must be sealed. All contractors must be licensed and insured. Any and all bids can be rejected at the discretion of the Ward 5 Waterworks Board.
