The intent of the Contract Documents is for the Contractor to provide for construction and completion, in every detail , of the Work described or reasonably inferable therefrom. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all necessary superintendence, labor, machinery, Equipment, tools, Materials, transportation and supplies required to complete the Work in accordance with the Plans, Specifications, and all other terms of the Contract Documents. Any failure or neglect on the part of Owner to enforce provisions dealing with supervision , control , inspection, testing, or acceptance and approval of the Work shall never relieve Contractor from full compliance with the Contract Documents nor render the Owner liable to the Contractor for damages, extensions of time, or increased compensation of any kind Reclassification of the Trigg Lake Dam. Set-asides: 20% SBE. Question Deadline 09/04/2026 at 4:00 PM CT Requests for interpretation of the RFB must be received in accordance with the Solicitation Events schedule. Only substantive items, as determined by the Board , will be addressed in the form of written addenda, which, if issued, will be posted in the EUNA Procurement portal (formerly Bonfire).
