The intent of this SCOPE OF WORK and resulting contract is to provide Camden County with design plans and specifications for Roadway Improvements within the Camden County right-ofway for Broadway (CR-551) between Cooper Street and Atlantic Avenue in Camden City, Camden County, New Jersey. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to , obtaining all required local municipal, local agency, State Agency, Federal Agency, and Railroad approvals and permits to construct the proposed roadway design and all proposed improvements. Estimated permit fees are to be included in the proposal design fee submitted to the County which will reimburse the Consultant for the actual cost of fees paid to all regulatory agencies. Camden County Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering, requires engineering design services including, but not limited to preliminary and final engineering plans, specifications, construction cost estimates, and engineering design certifications. It is the intent of this project to be designed as per the standards of Camden County, NJDOT Roadway Design Manual , NJDEP-NJAC 7:8, and Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
