This project consists of partial-depth patching. This work shall consist of all preparations and operations necessary for the movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals for each call-out to various sites as designated by the Engineer with the issuance of a work order sheet. Individual work order sheets may consist of numerous sites located within Madison, Bond, Jersey, Greene, and Calhoun Counties. This work will be paid for at the contract unit price per EACH for CALL-OUT as described above, regardless of the number of job sites listed on the individual work order sheet and no additional compensation will be allowed.
