Consists of the installation of approximately 900 LF of gravity storm sewer piping and fittings, appurtenances, and restoration. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, & labor for the construction as shown & specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in Lower Yoder Township, Cambria County, PA. Completion- 270 days Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond & a Labor & Material Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents & executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount . The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work & to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
