Reference Number 0000434064 The City receives site plan applications for commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-family residential development on an ongoing basis. The City's engineering staff capacity is limited, and the City seeks to establish a qualified, on-call engineering consultant (or a short list of consultants) to provide timely, technically sound engineering review of these submittals as needed. The initial contract term will be three (3) years from the date of award, with the City's option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year terms, at the City's sole discretion, based on performance and continuing need.
