Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; warehouse / distribution facility; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of demolition, clearing and grubbing, and grading (cut, backfill , and compaction) as needed to meet proposed grades, removal of excess soil, stone, debris, fencing, or other debris created during the construction process. Proposed grades to be met include the foundation for a new building, access road, septic field, stormwater management basins, and supporting infrastructure for the new transfer station building. This project also includes procurement, transportation, and erection of the transfer station structure and all interior components (loading floor, foundation, push walls, hopper, all doors, fixtures, and dock equipment, etc. ) in addition to designing, permitting, and installing all required utilities such as water, electric, sanitary sewer (including septic pipes, tanks, pumps, controls, and forcemain), leachate drain lines and tank, and associated level alarms. Also included is the installation, inspection, removal (when allowed by environmental inspector), and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures completed in phases as shown on the drawings and as required by County or state regulations. Sediment control measures/features include diversion berms, channels, culverts, sediment traps and dry basins.
