The San Bernardino County, Department of Public Works - Special Districts (Department), on behalf of all Board Governed County Service Areas and their Zones, Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District, Bloomington Recreation and Park District and San Bernardino County (collectively "County"), is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide on-call routine and emergency maintenance and repairs to water and wastewater pipelines located throughout San Bernardino County. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received. Services to be provided under this RFQ are outlined under Section V, Scope of Work. The Contract period will be for a maximum of 5 years beginning in September 2026 and ending on June 30, 2031.
