Reference Number 0000330085 Brock University intends to retain a qualified contractor(s) to perform asbestos abatement, repair, and disturbance work classified as Type 2, and Type 3 operations, in compliance with applicable regulations and university safety standards. Brock University is inviting qualified Contractors to provide hazardous materials abatement services on an as-required basis, including but not limited to type 2 and type 3 asbestos abatement, mould remediation, and others. Category #2- Brock University intends to pre-qualify three (3) Services providers for the period of two (2) years with one (1) x one (1) year options for renewal. The successful service providers may be utilized by Brock for projects as needed. Staff may utilize the pre-qualified list to issue a second stage Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation to Tender (ITT), or Request for Proposals (RFP) as provided for in the Brock University Procurement Policy.
