The project is a one-time construction effort at a defined location and includes all work necessary to achieve a complete and functional restored floodplain. The Work includes, but is not limited to: Excavation and removal of accumulated sediment Grading and shaping of the floodplain Installation of erosion control measures Hauling and proper disposal of excavated materials Placement of riprap or other stabilization materials Establishment of vegetative ground cover and site restoration
