Widening and reconstruction of roadway to provide a five-lane section with two travel lanes in each direction, center turn lane, shoulder, curb and gutter, storm drainage improvements, traffic signs, pavement markings, and school crossing improvements. Questions Due Date: Aug 24th 2026, 5:00 PM MDT Questions arising subsequent to the issuance of this RFP shall be submitted in writing through the State of Utah's online procurement portal Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Eagle Mountain City is requesting bids from responsible firms or individuals for the construction of roadway improvements along Pony Express Parkway from Eagle Mountain Boulevard to the existing fire station. The existing roadway within the project limits generally consists of one travel lane in each direction with a center median and limited roadside improvements. The proposed project will widen and reconstruct the roadway to provide a five-lane section consisting of two travel lanes in each direction and a center turn lane with shoulder and curb & gutter. In addition to the roadway widening, the project will include associated storm drainage improvements, new and modified traffic signs and pavement markings, and improvements to the existing school crossing.
