The intent and purpose of this sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish through competitive negotiations a pool of qualified funded by the Commonwealth of Virginia (COV), Department of Historic Resource (DHR) grant programs. Administrative functions of these projects will be the responsibility of DHR, to include direct consultin services to accomplish the work, and management of the projects to ensure a product that will meet the needs and requirements of both the grant recipient and DHR, and that is delivered in a timely manner.
