Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Dease Lake, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway seeking consulting services for the project. Services includes: Review existing emergency power system, generator, ATS, fuel system, electrical distribution, and infrastructure; confirm power requirements; assess generator location and installation approach; evaluate enclosure options; assess fuel storage; review monitoring interfaces; develop coordinated design documents for architecture, structure, MEP, and controls; develop temporary power requirements; design future auxiliary connection; prepare tender documents, permits, and cost estimates; define testing and commissioning requirements; provide contract administration and construction support. Further update in fall 2026, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
