Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Riverhead, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of existing transformers associated with the electrical distribution system at the Riverhead County Center Complex. This project scope involves the replacement of existing medium voltage transformers replacement of (3 ) 333kva transformers at old jail transformer vault with (1) 1000kva transformer replacement of (3) 250kva transformers at county center south vault with (1) 750kva transforver replacement of (3) 333kva transformers at county center west vault with (1 ) 1000kva transformer replacement of (3) 250kva transformers at county center north vault with (1) 750 kva transformer no alteration to the building structure or creation of new mechanical / electrical areas are taking place. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. A maximum of five percent (5%) of the twelve percent (12%) MBE goal will be allowed for Women Business Enterprise (WBE) subcontractor.
