Location: 1. Gulfton Secondary School (6565 De Moss Dr, Houston, TX 77074) 2. North Forest Secondary (6602 Winfield Rd, Houston, TX 77050) Compile product data and related information appropriate for Owner's operation and maintenance of products furnished under Contract. Prepare operating and maintenance data as specified in this Section and as referenced in other sections of specifications. Instruct Owner's personnel in operation and maintenance of equipment and systems. Submit three (3) electronic copies, on separate devices (CD, USB Flash Drive, or some type of solid-state storage device), of complete O&M manuals in final form. The submitted manual shall be the system manufacturer's operations manual , supplemented with operations and maintenance instructions custom tailored for the system installed. Electronic documentation shall be provided in a non-proprietary PDF format, without password restrictions. Hard copies shall be provided upon request of the Owner, Architect, and/or Consultant. Recorded video of all training sessions shall be included in each copy, of each system's final submitted O&M. The final submitted manual shall include a sing-in sheet and owner/consultant signed acceptance of all training sessions.
