Renovation of a military facility in Havelock, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide a roll up door at Building 4305 under Project No. 7574477. Work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after award. One individual may serve as Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety and Health Officer if fully qualified for all required roles in accordance with the project specifications. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price, with a proposal acceptance period of 90 calendar days. Bond requirements will vary based on the proposal amount, including payment, bid, and performance bonds where applicable. PPIs must be submitted by the prime contractor to the email addresses listed above using the Master PPI Form provided with the solicitation.
