The City of Charleston, West Virginia is soliciting Expressions of Interest ("EOI") from qualified architecture and engineering firms to provide Construction Administration ("CA") services for the Capital Connector Project, a federally funded multimodal transportation and pedestrian improvement project along an approximately 3.5-mile corridor of Kanawha Boulevard East and Greenbrier Street, Charleston, West Virginia. The scope of services includes construction contract oversight from award through project closeout, including submittal and RFI processing, change order review, pay application review, progress meetings, schedule monitoring, Davis-Bacon compliance monitoring, coordination with WVDOH and FHWA, and grant closeout documentation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Written Questions Submission Deadline- August 25, 2026, 10:00 AM (EDT Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
