This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the contractor's responsibility to procure, deliver, install , and provide training of use for a door access control system for building 179 and the addition of alarm points to integrate newly built bay into the existing intrusion detection system located at Travis Air Force Base, CA. This is a Brand Name Lenel (Honeywell) requirement. 2. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all necessary project management, labor, materials, and equipment to successfully install a complete and functional door access control system and add additional alarm points to the existing intrusion detection system. To prevent system failure or security gaps, all maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and software updates must be performed by manufacturer-certified technicians using OEM replacement parts. The scope includes the procurement of specified items, professional on-site installation, all wiring, integration of the system into the existing building infrastructure, and training of building personnel on its use. 2.1 The contractor is responsible for testing the system and its compliance with industry standards for access control in a secure area. 2.2 The contractor shall be UL2050 certified and only use approved equipment from the Non-Nuclear Configuration Management Database (CMD) Equipment Approval memo dated 23 March 2026 2.3 All work and disposal of hazardous materials (if any) shall be accomplished in strict accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and environmental regulations.
