Traffic data collection in accordance with NCDOT Mobility & Safety standards (daily counts, turning movements, truck classification information, and other data as necessary to provide all information needed for the completed forecast). All prequalified firms who submit responsive letters of interest will be considered. Firms submitting LOIs are encouraged to carefully check them for conformance to the requirements stated above (and any other requirements in this Advertisement). If LOIs are submitted late, are sent by any means other than NCDOTs LOI Submittal Management System (LOISS), or are Uploaded to any Advertisement/Opportunity-Specific 'LOI Submittal' LINK other than that given in this Advertisement they will be disqualified. The Department reserves the right to reject all LOIs and not proceed with procurement.
