Inspect, repair, reprogram, update, and recommission two Trane CGAM120F 120-ton chillers to restore both units to full operational status and support long-term reliability. This is a one-time service requirement and not a recurring maintenance effort. Work includes comprehensive system inspections, software updates, reprogramming, recalibration of chiller sensors and actuators, firmware flashing, compressor diagnostics, troubleshooting, testing, and certification of system performance. Services shall be performed in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-410-01, Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Systems. The contractor must possess the required manufacturer software tools, licensing, and diagnostic equipment necessary to update firmware, troubleshoot system components, and perform repairs without voiding existing equipment warranties. All inspection, maintenance, repair, and recommissioning activities shall be completed within 30 days of contract award.
