Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The Work will be executed through a single or multiple prime contracts representing significant elements of the Work for each Prime Contractor. Work within contracts containing multiple primes will be performed concurrently and in close coordination with each respective Contactor and the SEPTA PM. Prime Contractors may include a single Contractor or any combination of the following: 1. General Contractor (GC) 2. Mechanical Contractor (MC) 3. Electrical Contractor (EC) 4. Specialty Contractor (SC). Installation of a new fall arrest system at the Southern District Bus Depot.
