The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1 . The Cedar Grove Parking Garage is a 12 year old , two level , 1,516 stall post tensioned concrete parking structure. The majority of the repairs will be provided at the upper level with minor repairs conducted on the main level . The repairs to be provided under this contract may include but are not limited to the following, shotblasting preparation and sealing of the upper level post-tensioned concrete slab, flushing expansion joints and floor drains, crack repair, expansion joint repair, cast-in-place shallow spall repair, post tensioned shallow spall repair, restriping of stalls, removal of damaged lighted bollards and termination of electrical , limited areas of traffic membrane repair and reapplication, p/c concrete wall connection repair, cmu repair, minor areas of painting , thin brick repair, concrete trash receptacle installation, a new steel pedestrian gate and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Concrete surface repairs including crack and spall repair, expansion joint work, joint flushing and cleaning, column repairs, surface preparation and sealing, restriping, removal of lighted bollards and termination of lighting electrical, minor steel connections, reapplication of traffic coating membrane, and replacement of concrete garbage receptacles.
