EXCAVATED MATERIAL MANAGEMENT Excavated material shall be managed as follows: Station 0+00 to 3+00: Excavated material shall be placed along the upper ditch banks and lightly graded/compacted to blend with the adjacent ground. Station 3+00 to 23+28 : Excavated material shall be placed on the north side of the drain in the designated area and graded as directed by the Municipality.
