Renovation of a military facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Replace the roof at the Mt. Ashland (KMAX) Next Generation Radar (NEXRAD) facility. Work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and attachments provided in the RFQ. Interested vendors should review all solicitation documents, with particular attention to Sections 2, 6, and 7 for detailed requirements and submission information. Any questions related to this notice shall be submitted by 12:00pm Eastern Time on August 24, 2026 via email to sara.brunstetter@noaa.gov and casey.morrison@noaa.gov. Answers will be provided in the form of an amendment as soon as practicable. Additional question submission instructions to be found in Section 6 of the solicitation. The total estimated price range for CLIN 0001 is $75,000.00 - $120,000.00. Period of Performance is 240 calendar days from the date of the notice to proceed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
