Renovation of the majority of the first floor of an 80,000 square foot, two-story building. Question Deadline 09/10/2026 at 5:00 PM ET All questions and comments pertaining to this ITB shall be submitted in writing. Submit questions via email to the Purchasing Specialist at purchasing@rappahanockareacsb.org. The work consists of renovation of most of the first floor of an 80,000 square foot, two story building in Spotsylvania County. The first floor will be renovated for a Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center for the Rappahannock Area Community Services Board. The building will contain a Crisis Team Assessment Center, with separate 23 Hour Crisis Receiving Centers and Crisis Stabilization Units for children and adults, and will include certain specialties associated with those uses (such as anti-ligature products). There will be limited work on the second floor, including the reconstruction of the rear/north wall. For the most part, the remainder of the existing building façade and the majority of the site will remain as-is. There is limited site work, primarily in the rear of the building.
