Roadway milling and installation of HMA 9.5 M64 surface course on Fountayne Boulevard, Karena Lane, Alexandria Court, Frederick Court, Anthony Lane, Avalon Way, and trails within Maidenhead Meadows Park. The Contractor shall be responsible for, and furnish, all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation, including fuel , tools, power and water tests of the work, and all other items that are necessary to complete the project, except those materials, equipment, utilities or services, if any, herein specified to be furnished by the Owner. The omission of specific mention of this fact, therefore, from any part of the specifications , shall not be deemed a waiver of the Contractor's obligation to furnish all materials, equipment and labor to complete and test the project. The scope of the project consists of the mill and overlay, striping, and inlet head and grate replacement on Fountayne Boulevard , Karena Lane, Alexandria Court, Anthony Lane, Frederick Court and Avalon Way. The scope of the project also includes the construction of speed humps and associated striping on Woodmont Drive and Jackie Drive; and pavement, DGA refurbishment and associated improvements of trails and parking lots at Maidenhead Meadows Park. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
