Alteration of modification of the Bid Forms shall be cause for rejection of the Proposal. Remove Existing Equipment Remove existing food-service equipment as required to facilitate the work. Coordinate removal with TAMUCC PM. 2. Remove and Cap Existing Heat Lamps Remove the existing heat lamps and properly cap associated electrical connections. Electrical work shall be completed in accordance with applicable codes and project requirements. Coordinate with TAMUCC PM. 3. Deep Cleaning Perform a thorough deep cleaning of the dining hall and affected food-service areas following completion of demolition and prior to installation of new equipment. (GC will perform a final cleaning once project is completed) 4. Food Shields Install and hardwire three (3) new food shields in the Heart of the House area. Procurement: Dining Hall staff to order the three (3) food shields. SSC shall coordinate installation and electrical connections with TAMUCC PM 5. Faucets Furnish and install three (3) new faucets. The current construction documents indicate two (2) new faucets; however, at Dining Hall request, one (1) additional existing faucet shall also be replaced, for a total of three (3) new faucets. 6. Existing Soup Pots Remove, protect, store as necessary, and reinstall the existing soup pots following completion of the applicable work.
