Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

CR#: 2138212 Project 281008-08 is for the installation of a 320-well geothermal wellfield within a parking lot adjacent to Parker Hall, with wells drilled to a depth of approximately 750 feet. All wells will be interconnected and routed to a common vault containing a capped manifold for future connection. The Project will include all geothermal piping, site improvements including grading and drainage modifications, retention of the existing storm drainage system with new connections as required, installation of new electrical infrastructure for parking lot lighting, and replacement of electric vehicle charging stations along with parking lot reconstruction.
