Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Lafayette, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
Coordinate with utility owners to expose, safely remove and legally dispose of abandoned or out of service pipelines and all associated appurtenances, including excavation, shoring, dewatering, traffic control, backfilling, compaction, surface and site restoration, and erosion and sediment control. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Scope of Services: The scope of the project consists of coordinating with utility owners to expose, safely remove and legally dispose of abandoned or out of service pipelines and all associated appurtenances, including excavation, shoring, dewatering, traffic control , and compliance with all applicable LCG specifications and safety requirements. Work also includes backfilling, compaction, surface and site restoration, erosion and sediment control , and submission of all required documentation. All work to be completed within 75 working days form issuance of Notice to Proceed Questions relative to the bidding documents shall be addressed to Heather Kestler at hkestler@lafayettela.gov.
