Question Acceptance Deadline 09/04/2026 07:00 PM EDT Any inquiries or requests regarding this procurement should be submitted , Online Eastern New Mexico University (ENMU) seeks to contract with a qualified General Contractor to construct a single-story 4,530 square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB)-type structure on ENMU property located on the far northern end of the ENMU Portales Campus, with specific site located north of W Cherry Street, west of N Avenue L, and south of W Fir Street in West Portales. The building will consist of a large animal pen/handling area, supported by a panel storage cage, medical space, restrooms, janitor/mechanical-plumbing space, and electrical room. Price shall not include New Mexico gross receipts tax or local option tax. Such taxes shall be added at the time of invoicing at the current tax rate and shown as a separate item to be paid by the user.
