Renovation of an office development in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17-story above grade office development.
Modernization of thirteen (13) traction passenger elevators, two (2) hydraulic passenger elevators, and two (2) escalators Cherokee Nation Businesses("Owner"), requires a trade Elevator Contractor to provide the necessary services to modernize thirteen (13) Traction Passenger Elevators: eight (8) high rise units (in a 23-story building), and five (5) low rise units (in a 17-story building), Two (2) Hydraulic Passenger Elevators, and Two (2) Escalators, located at Williams Center Towers 1 & 2 , 1 West 3rd Street & 2 West 2nd Street, Tulsa, OK 74103 (the "Project"). The technical consultant for the Project is Landon deVille, Senior Consultant for ATIS Elevator Consultants at (725) 277-9533. All project questions during the Request for Proposal ("RFP") period shall be submitted to the Purchasing Agent identified within this RFP. Question Deadline 09/18/2026 Questions concerning the technical portions of the bid document must be submitted to the Cherokee Nation Businesses Purchasing Agent
