Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Warwick, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a new water treatment plant including GreensandPlus filtration vessels for manganese removal, granular activated carbon (GAC) vessels for PFAS removal, replacement of existing well pump, stormwater management facilities, and site improvements. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Construction is anticipated to commence October 12 , 2026. The Project is expected to be substantially complete by October 12 , 2028 , and complete by July 12, 2029. Questions are due by 4:00 pm on September 3rd, 2026 . The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project .
