The Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida ("Town"), is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Progressive Design-Build teams for the turnkey planning, design, permitting, and construction of a new municipal fire station to be referred to as the Town's Public Safety Facility. The Town intends to utilize a qualifications-based Progressive Design-Build selection process. Following evaluation and ranking, the Town anticipates entering into a Phase I Preconstruction Services Agreement with the number one ranked Respondent. Upon successful completion of Phase I and negotiation of a mutually acceptable Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), the Town intends to authorize the same Design-Builder to proceed with Phase II Final Design and Construction, subject to approval by the Town Council.
